Lead time
35 days from the date of signing the contract.
Customer visitation & training
FGI most welcome customer to send team to make factory visitation and technical training in China, we will afford all of the expenditure in China.
Free onsite service
While the medium voltage variable frequency drives onsite installation finished, and the power supply is ready, FGI engineer will give onsite service, for commissioning guidance and training.
Totally 5 days.
Customer should afford the food and hotel charge locally.
Warranty period
FGI provides 24 months warranty from the date of shipment.
Repair spare parts period
FGI provides the repair spare parts at least in the next 15 years.
